We began our Project in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, a small city in nestled rural Western Massachusetts serving a broad complex demographic.

We then expanded to North Adams where rich cultural resources sit alongside poverty, community violence and a growing crisis of opioid use.

Participants now come from all across Massachusetts as we work in collaboration with the Massachusetts Association for Infant Mental Health to support Endorsement.

A broad variety of practitioners from Bermuda participated when a local infant-parent mental health specialist from joined our faculty

In 2022 we reached into communities in Maine with similar demographics to those in rural Western Massachusetts

We have also included participants from Alaska, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and New York with the hope of spreading our model to other communities throughout the United States.
